Return & Refund policy
Given we have exclusive pieces, we do not entertain blanket return, refund or exchange requests. However, if you receive a damaged product, you can reach out to us support@nksqr.com and our team will get back to you.
Eligibility:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we offer a hassle-free replacement policy. Please inspect your items upon receipt and report any issues to our customer service team at support@nksqr.com along with the following information:

Order ID.

Detailed description of the Defect or damage to the product or description of how the product is incorrect.

Images/Pictures of the damaged product or incorrect Product.
Our team will review the reported issue and may request additional information or evidence, to verify the need for a replacement
We have a 72 hour replacement policy, which means that you have 72 hours after receiving your item to request a replacement.
Quality Check:
To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with the original tags, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to decline the return or replace the product if the aforesaid conditions are not met.
Processing Time:
Once we receive the damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you will receeiive the replaced product within 30 days. The tracking ID for the same shall be provided to you.
If the item is out of stock or unavailable, we will offer you the option of a refund.
Exchange Policy.
To maintain efficiency and uphold the integrity of our operations, we have established the following no-exchange policy wherein we do not offer exchanges for the purchased items. Once an item has been purchased, it cannot be exchanged for a different product.
We reserve the right to modify or update our return and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
